School Year Calendar

Classes begin at 8:20 a.m. for grades K - 6th, and ends at 3:15 p.m. For grades 7th - 12th, the school day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. The school year is divided into four quarters of approximately nine weeks each. The school year begins around the last week in August and ends around Memorial Day. There is a three-day break for Thanksgiving, a two-week Christmas holiday, and a one-week Easter vacation.

•   Friday, Sept. 26th—Jean day for all staff and students

OCTOBER
•   Thursday, October 2nd and Friday, October 3rd—Educator s Convention—South Bend, IN
•   Monday, October 6th—School Pictures
•   Thursday, October 9th and Friday, October 10th—NICC Boys High School Soccer Tournament at Tri-State
•   Friday, October 10th and Saturday, October 11th—NICC Girls Volleyball Tournament at Tri-State
•   Friday, October 17th—No School
•   Friday, October 17th and Saturday, October 18th = ACSI Girls Volleyball Tournament
•   Friday, October 17th—End of 1st quarter for 9th-12th grade
•   Wednesday, October 29th-Friday, October 31st—Spiritual Emphasis Retreat for 9th-12th grade
•   Friday, October 24th—End of 1st quarter for K-8 students
•   Saturday, October 25th—FUN FAIR
•   Monday, October 27th-Friday, October 31st—Parent/teacher conferences for grades K-8
